This one is a bloodstone, with that very puggy profile carving, and a rose carved into the backside. Framed in Sterling silver, with an 18 carat gold bill and ring at the top which add another 8 mm . The frame, inclusive of five .15ctw natural diamonds, is 30 x 20mm.
