A very, very large, vintage sterling silver Tiffany and Co heart pendant.
Weighs 26.6 grams, and measures 70 x 56mm with the addition of a big fat 14k yellow gold bail. The original bail was missing and we felt it deserved something special! There is patina and there are scratches, and yet it still reflects me and you and the whole damn world. This heart could easily be buffed and polished if requested, but as we appreciate the blemishes and history we leave that decision to the new guardian. Very unusual piece!
