Inner Golddigger
A story.
The handmade chain, along with Artie's little tag on it went missing. I had worn his tag on the bracelet since he passed. "It's just stuff- it's ok," said my dear friend @mama_melts_it , from whom that hand made bracelet originated. But also, I felt terrible. "That was not the bracelet to lose," said Jeanette. Both were right. There are far worse problems to have, in the big picture of life, but this was sad. Irreplaceable, sentimental things.
Despite all the manifesting, public announcing, calling and high and low searching, it has not appeared. There was a similar one that had come in and gone out over here, sold to Jeanette, a.k.a. @love_some_bling, some time ago. Jeanette offered it back to me, as it was pretty darn close to the one that was missing.
The dog tag was worn in, a @bigohbijoux original that hung from little Artie's collar (or at times @carolina_bucci beads, because we are fancy). Also irreplaceable, and yet- the kindness of friends can soften such feelings. This old-new- to- me bracelet is a manifestation of kindness, and friendship. That reminds me of Artie, too.
Isn't that a good story?
PS - "missing" is not the same as "gone." Its is MISSING. Reveal yourself... until then...
