This is an antique sterling silver pansy set with a natural sapphires and one synthetic- can you tell which one? There is a 5.3mm rose cut diamond in the center. Heavy at 13.4g. The pansy itself is 39 x 37mm at the widest point, with the addition of a modern bail and 5mm brilliant cut diamond at the top, making it a bit of a "trembleuse." Lots of layers of history here.
