Tiger eye is our favorite stone. It is a chalcedony type, a cryptocrystalline form of silica and a metamorphic rock. Tigers eye has warmth and depth, saturation and that striated "cat's eye" effect (chatoyancy). Magic.

these are some vintage tiger's eye and 14 K hoops. 9g total weight, 30mm diameter. There is a natural nick in the stone on one side of one of the hoops. See the video here.
